1. To shiver, shake, tremble, vibrate; shivering.
Kua rūketekete tōna kōpapa nō te anu.
He shivered with cold;
Kua rūketekete te poti i te ‘akataka‘ia‘anga te matīni.
The boat vibrated when the engine was started up;
‘E ‘apinga tika ai te rūketekete i teia pa‘ī.

‘ōtete, v.i., n. Shiver with fever, a bout of shivering, a feverish chill.
